Travelance Travel Insurance

Travelance Travel Insurance covers Canadian residents travelling outside their province or territory of residence. Three plan types are available — emergency medical, all-inclusive, and trip cancellation — offered as single-trip or annual multi-trip policies. Emergency medical coverage is up to $10,000,000. Pre-existing conditions are covered when stable prior to departure. Available for Canadian residents under age 90.

Plan highlights

  • Emergency Medical Plan — Up to $10M medical and evacuation; accidental dental $4,000; paramedical $300/practitioner; single-trip (up to 365 days for under 60) or annual (15/30 days per trip).
  • All-Inclusive Plan — Adds trip cancellation/interruption to sum insured, $1,500 trip delay, $1,500 baggage, $100,000 airflight accident, $50,000 travel accident, and pet care up to $1,500.
  • Trip Cancellation & Interruption Plan — Standalone coverage for pre-departure cancellation and post-departure interruption and delay, with no emergency medical component. Maximum trip length 365 days.
 

 

Travelance Visitors to Canada Insurance

Travelance Visitors to Canada Insurance provides emergency medical coverage for non-residents arriving in Canada — including tourists, visitors, landed immigrants, migrant workers, and returning Canadians without provincial health coverage. Two plans are available: Essential and Premier. Choose from $25,000 to $150,000 in coverage. Both plans are super visa eligible. Coverage is available from age 15 days with no upper age limit to 85 years, for up to 558 days.

Plan highlights

  • Essential Plan — Emergency medical up to plan limit, emergency dental $2,000, prescription medication $1,000, paramedical $300/practitioner, repatriation $10,000.
  • Premier Plan — All Essential benefits plus higher sub-limits: dental $5,000, medication $10,000, paramedical $750/practitioner, repatriation $16,000; and adds Accidental Death & Dismemberment up to $100,000.
  • Super Visa Eligible — Both plans meet the Canadian Super Visa insurance requirement when purchased according to Government of Canada requirements.
